Why is leadership sometimes synonymous with being aggressive? It's certainly not passive, but, is it aggressive? We are so obsessed with putting things in buckets, i.e., I'm this personality type, this quadrant, this ranking, etc. Why do we put such limits on greatness? On leadership? Leadership needs to be synonymous with attraction if anything. Being a petulant child waiting to be told you've finally reached leadership status will only lead to disappointment and inauthenticity, having you jump from one labeled box to the next. The possibilities of attraction are infinite, therefore, so are the possibilities of leadership. Don't let your greatness be put into a box, or have it's potential bend to what the social consciousness might label leadership as: that's the blind leading the blind. Define it, live it, and attract it into your life. Remember, birds of a feather, flock together. Who are you attracting into your life?
