Below are some common inquiries we get when considering Milestone Mind.
Q: Is this like other high-octane motivational programs?
No. This is highly individualized, personal and is entirely evidence-based. We do not pump you up with excitement; we skillfully guide you to sustained results that you can integrate and carry with you for many years to come. We help you hand-craft your personal motivation approach, but we do not tell you what to do – we teach and then help you determine how to apply these strategies. The silver bullet in our program is the effort you put into it, but we are not the silver bullet itself.
Q: I’ve done other programs, and didn’t get much out of them. Can’t you just tell me what to do?
No. One of the most important things our program emphasizes is personal discovery and accountability. No program will do anything for you unless you are willing to be consistent and do the work. Our program is leading-edge, and is tried and true having been developed with high-growth people in mind, and so we know they are willing to do the work; they just want to know they are not wasting their time. That is where we come into the picture. This is about maximizing your time, and empowering you to make decisions that are in alignment with what matters most to you, so you can stop wasting time moving forward.
Q: What makes Dave qualified to teach and coach?
Dave has undergone thousands of hours of education and application. Outside of completing his under-graduate at Lafayette College, and post-graduate work at Harvard Business School, Dave is a Certified NLP Practitioner, ICF NLP Master Practitioner and NLP Life Coach. He is also a Certified CMA Meditation teacher, and has undergone significant Buddhist Studies and through the Tara's Triple Excellence Intensive (100-week, 1,400-hour meditation and mindfulness program) from Kathmandu University's Centre for Buddhist Studies at Rangjung Yeshe Institute. Dave is also a student of and receives direct mentorship from Phra Bhavanawachirawidesa V. (Mongkol Kuakool), Master Monk at the Wat Nawamintararachutis Buddhist Temple in Massachusetts. Dave went out to explore what helped him overcome extreme odds to be able to help others do the same in their personal and professional lives, applying it in a way that helps them thrive in all that they do. You can read more about Dave’s story here and our approach here.
Q: I love what I do professionally. Is this going to try to change that?
NO. Our program is all about you fine-tuning your focus to include the most important things that matter to you. This translates into all aspects of your life, massively improving productivity and focus in the things you love, while allowing you to enjoy your day-to-day life, reducing stress in both your personal and professional lives.
Q: Does the program stop after the initial 12-meetings?
No. One of the most important things we offer is continual support through 1-on-1 coaching as well as with our inner-circle, and we love being able to do that. Think of us as your trusted Co-pilot moving forward – you just have to do some flight school to get started, so when we hand things off, you’re not whipped around from life-turbulence (you like that analogy?).
Q: This seems really deep. how do you help me overcome resistance to opening up?
Dave leads from the heart, and is always first to put his out there. This helps create a very comfortable environment where sharing naturally flows and takes place. It is through this skillful, yet compassionate teaching style, that Dave sets the table and creates an environment for you to go to new places that you might be afraid to go to on your own. Our hope is that through our co-pilot approach, the right things in your life will never be uncomfortable again.
Q: Can I be apart of the Meeting of the Minds Roundtable Mastermind, without going through the program?
Unfortunately, No. This is a hard-earned compliment for having gone through the 12-meetings. It alone is over a $5,000 value given the amazing group of people you will interact with, but is completely free and included once you complete the 12-meetings with Dave. Once completed, you will be automatically enrolled into our Meeting of the Minds Quarterly Roundtable, a free mastermind of Milestone Mind Alumni who come together to create new relationships to support each other on their new journeys. Are you ready to get started?
